BLACK LEA ® Pennisetum alopecuroides

Black Lea is a semi-dwarf grass to 600mm in height and has broad green foliage with stunning black flower plumes from February to April, annually. This grass is only suited to mulched, irrigated gardens. Black Lea is frost tender and is best suited to the coast or frost free micro climates. Ideal for irrigated gardens, gold courses, around residential or commercial buildings. Makes a great contrast plant for other native grasses.
